He was predeceased by : his father Dwight "Skip" Kelley; and his brother Curtis "Skipper" Kelley. He is survived by : his mother June Linebarger Kelley of Cape Girardeau; his daughters, Breanna Machiran (Anthony) of Jackson and Tara Siebert (Michael) of Millersville, Missouri; his former life partner Becky Kelley of Jackson; his siblings, Chris Kelley (Julie) of Cape Girardeau, Sean Kelley of Cape Girardeau and Cindy Kelley of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Kingslee Machiran, Lynnon Machiran, Quinn Siebert and Cameron Siebert.
