He is survived by : his wife Donna Allen (Ramsey); his children, Bali Hoover, Jessica Miller (Ryan), Alyssa Allen and Brandie Allen; his grandchildren, Jenna Miller and Makinley Nordman; his siblings, Julie Rising (Eric), Jesse Allen and Jeremy Allen (Sarah); and his niece Savannah Allen. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.
