He is survived by: his daughter Gail Blair (Gary) of Courtois; his granddaughter Misty Dawn Courtouise (Aaron) of Belleview, MO; his stepgrandson Shawn Blair (Amy) of Ward, AR; his sister Bonnie Sue Wood (Ron) of Chatham; and his brother-in-law Keith Combs (Shirley) of Alton, MO. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
