It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Kay Kelley Carnes (Anderson, Missouri), who passed away on April 23, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ruth Kelley Power, Betty Ann Sage and Lowell "Junior" Kelley; her son-in-law Dennis Joe Sanders; her grandson Nicholas Joe Sanders; and her great grandchildren, Keira Brooke Hemingway, Taylor Marie Good and Hailey LeAnne Good.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Carnes; and her daughters, Jessie Kay Sanders of Anderson and Janice Marie Broemmer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a great great grandson; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
