He is survived by: his parents, Roger Carter of Anniston and Gloria Jean Adams Johnson of Logansport, IN; his daughters, Faith Leathers of Houston, TX and Hope Leathers of Houston, TX; his pet Buster; his brothers, Derek Carter of Webster, TX, Christopher Bailey and Joseph Bailey of Wyatt; and his cousin Shiela Knupp Groves. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
