It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Gurley (Appleton City, Missouri), born in Warrensburg, Missouri, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Jeramie Gurley and Jennifer Gurley; his sisters, Jamie Gurley (Vincent Crochet), Courtney Schneiter (Daniel Parker), Emma Reagan, Stella Parker and Isabel Gurley; his grandparents, Kenneth, Judy Gurley, Deanna Ruble, Stephen Petrey, Eddie, Hervina Hearting, Joe and Terry Smith; and his great-grandparents, Evelyn Purdy and Patty McCurdy. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

With the upsurge of Covid in our school and community it would be appreciated if masks were worn at the funeral home and the church.
