She was predeceased by : her parents, Fredrick S. Pranter and Clara L. Pranter (Edel); her husband William B. "Bill" Hankins; her son William Andrew Paul Hankins; her sister Betty Miles; and her niece Pam.

She is survived by : her nephew Michael Miles.
