She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Bernice Askins (Collins) and J. D. Bernice; her former life partner Pete Peterson; her husband Ray White; and her siblings, Robert, Mickey, Jesse Askins and Barb Fees.
She is survived by : her children, Lisa Hawkins of Ash Grove, Trisha Peterson of Ash Grove, Troy Peterson (Jackie) of Miller, Missouri and Eric Snow (Sam) of Miller, Missouri; her brother Frank Askins of Sedalia, Missouri; and also Paramedics. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the Mt. Vernon Fire Rescue, in care of the funeral home.
