He is survived by : his wife Kathy Fulks; his sons, John Fulks of Springfield and James Fulks (Kim) of Ozark; his grandchildren, Joshua, Bella, Kyle, Keira, Miranda and Sarah; and his siblings, Beverly Sue Hills, Wanda Morgan (Myron), Tom Fulks (Marie), John Fulks (Karen) and Larry Fulks (Joni). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
