Shelby Chism Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Chism (Ash Grove, Missouri), who passed away on June 30, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Faye Brock Chism; his children, Michael Francis Chism and Elizabeth Anne Chism; and his sisters, Oleta Gandy and Linda Dudek.

He is survived by : his spouse Thena Lampe Chism; his children, Andrew Lucas Chism (Holly) and Connie Louise Tyler; his sister Mary Longinotti; his grandchildren, Jennifer Daniels, Ashley Tyler, Justine Tyler, Stephanie Averbeck, Kathryn Chism and Daniel Chism; and his great grandchildren, Ella Daniels, Shyane Averbeck, Noah Tyler, Matthew Daniels, Lucas Daniels, Peton Averbeck and Rylan Averbeck.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Ash Grove Sunshine Center.
