She is survived by : her mother Luella Collins (Copeland) of Bolivar; her husband Jimmy Mattox; her stepsons, Dr. Craig Mattox (Tracy) of St. Joseph and Dr. Ross Mattox of St. Louis; her stepgrandchildren, Riley, Reese, Rorey and Ryder; her siblings, Stephen Collins of Marshfield and Sherry Bell (Roger); her nephew David Bell (Kourtney Trent); her niece Sarah Stout (Tim) of Broken Arrow, OK; and her stepmother Eva Collins of Springfield.
