He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Frances Downey (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Dana Downey; his children, Tammy Rhodes and Tim Downey; and his grandchildren, Cassie Rhodes, Corey Rhodes, Dylan Downey and Lilly Downey.
