He is survived by: his sons, Sherwin Palmer of Omaha and Herschel Palmer (Linda) of Omaha, Nebraska; his stepson John Moore (Linda) of Adair, Missouri; his daughter Elizabeth Grimshaw (James) of Macon, Missouri; his stepdaughter Chin Ann Ang of Springfield, Missouri; and his brother Dale Lynn Palmer of Independence, Missouri. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson.
