She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie F. Maples and Rose Gastavsin Asher Maples; her husband Loren Frank Siegrist; and her sisters, Christine Lee, Sharon Millard, Marie Garland and Esther Holden.
She is survived by: her children, John Siegrist (Pat) of Mississippi, Rose Ellen Hough (Rick) of Blue Springs, Lavonne Spicer (Joe) of Independence and James Siegrist (Elaine) of Independence; her grandchildren, Angela (Jeff Glocke), Scott (Jessica Siegrist), Vanessa (Danny Holloway), Valerie Hough, Julia (Josh Newton), Joey (Allison Spicer), Dolores (Eric Branscom) and Heather (Michael Carver); and her great grandchildren, Jeffrey Glocke, Chandler Siegrist, Samantha Heflin, Joshua Newton Jr., Jesse Newton, John Newton, Jeremiah Spicer, Aurora Spicer, Kayla Branscom and Karli Branscom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
