He was predeceased by: his father Damon. He is survived by: his wife Lisa of Seymour, MO; his daughter Shalyn Guthery of Des Moines, IA; his mother Maxine Rosseau of Ava, MO; his sisters, Anna Guthery of Monett, MO and Janie Guthery; his siblings' children, Daniel, Jamie, Sarah, Amanda, John, Laura, Tia and Mary; Jordan Nystrom of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by several other relatives and many friends.
