He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Long and Donna Long (Hughes); and his son Dusty. He is survived by: his wife Lanell Lewis; his granddaughter Cheyenne Lawson of Conroe, TX; his stepchildren, Rex Lewis, Barb of Mtn Home, AR, Rhonda Newton, Terry of Dora, MO, Tim Lewis, Janie of Mtn Home, AR, Cari Lewis and Dan of Baileys Harbor, WI; and his close friends, Tim and Johnna Morgan. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren; nine step great grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters.
