He was predeceased by: his parents, Zhenjiu Zhang and Cuizhi Dong. He is survived by: his spouse Ying Li; his children, Hongyu Zhang, Xin Zhang (Ying Han) and Ran Zhang (Hongbo Gao); and his grandchildren, Binyang Gao, Sandy Han, Jessica Zhang, Emily Zhang and Owen Han.
