He is survived by: his sons, Ken (Leslie) of Leawood and Mark (Joan) of St. Charles, Missouri; his grandchildren, Andrew Conrad (Devon), Jenny Koury (Andy), Brad Conrad (Angie), Daniel Conrad (Julia) and Laura Mabry (Brinn); and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Carley, Morgan, Alexander, Averie, Robert, Drew, Anthony, Isaac, Kambrya, David and Isabella.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children - St. Louis.
