He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Caruso and Erminia Caruso of Buccino, Italy; and his siblings, Aurelio Caruso and Ida Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Husaboe Caruso; his children, Lucia Hentze, Lisa Lehman (Steve) and Phillip; his grandchildren, Greg Lehman, Maria VanOrd (David), Wesley Hentze, Macie Caruso and Josh Caruso; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Brayden and Oliver.
