He was predeceased by: his parent Francis "Count"; and his parent-in-law Vonda Goza. He is survived by: his spouse Theresa Ellison; his child Nicholas Ellison (Shannon); his grandchildren, Vincent and Jaxson; his parent Mary Alice Ellison; and his parent-in-law Edward Goza.
