He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Edward Dromey and Beatrice Ida Kriegshauser Dromey; his wife Donna Dromey of Baring, MO; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Dromey_of; and his stepchildren, Carman Withrow of Bussey, IA, Bud Withrow (Sally) of Kirksville, MO, Bradley Withrow of Centerville, IA and Carol Varese (Randy) of Glenwood, MO. He was also cherished by two grandsons, two step grandsons, seven step granddaughters, one great granddaughter and ten step great grandchildren and several cousins.
