He is survived by: his wife Kaye Crisp; his children, Annette Burt of Broken Arrow, Loretta Ellis (Donnie) of Green Mountain, Anthony Crisp (Mandy) of Seymour, Terry Collins (Kim) of Mountain Grove and Tracey Collins of Lynchburg, Missouri; his siblings, Larry Crisp (Jennifer) of Kansas City, Missouri and Betty Kincheloe (Don) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his half-brother Michael Jennings; and his friend Lord. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives.
