He is survived by: his wife Sandra Madden; his children, Starla Millington, Kris Madden (Shelley) and Anthony Scott Madden; his grandchildren, Kyle, Bryan, Kayla, Jared, Katrina, Terra, Isaac and Keilee; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Paisley and Landyn; his siblings, Arthur Madden (Zella), Diane Mullins and Dolly King; and his sister-in-law Rose Madden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
