He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy White and Wanda Ann White (Morris); and his brother Charlie Beard. He is survived by: his children, Frank Beard (Staci), Holly Beard (Megan Moss), Brianna Beard, Franklin Nathan Beard and Ted Northcutt (Heather); his grandchildren, Cody Schafluetzel Grady (Lindsay), Lydia Moss and Cole Schiller; and his brothers, Greg Westmoreland (Kim) and Doug Dunn (Angie).
