He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ferris, Ruth Buess, Orville and Roberta Watson; and his niece Oakley Rose Shumate.
He is survived by: his parents, Rev. Ed and Carol Watson (Buess); his wife Marcie Watson (Carlyon); his children, Taylor Koenig (Matt), Cody Watson (Teagan) and Preston Watson (Cloey Walker); his grandchildren, Makaylee, Maylee, Maxton Koenig, Sawyer and Saylor Watson; his brothers, Mark Watson (Carmen) and Todd Watson (Julie); and his parents-in-law, Paul, Dianna Carlyon, Mick Carlyon (Jackie), Matt Carlyon (Brandy) and Mindy Carlyon (Jason Randolph). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
Memorials may be directed to Serenity Hospice or Leadwood First Church of God.
