She was predeceased by : her parents, Byron McMullin and Martha McMullin (Brenneman); and her sister Davi Jean Burkholder. She is survived by : her husband Michael Steward of Blue Springs, MO; her children, Jodi Schwensen (Robert) of Blue Springs, MO, Josi Steward of Independence, MO and Jeff Steward (Amy) of Grain Valley, MO; her grandchildren, Kelsey Schwensen, Jared Schwensen and Belle Steward; and her sisters, Darlene Bodenhausen (Lee), Diana Arnold of Leavenworth, KS and Debi Hain (Greg) of Excelsior Springs, MO..

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
