He is survived by : his wife Donna; his children, Tammy Lewis (Bob) and Rob Rehmsmeyer (Jaime); his grandchildren, Machele Cave, Melissa Lewis, Andrew Rehmsmeyer and Levi Cave; and his great grandchildren, Pierce Cave and Tracie Cave. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
