It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dixie Ann Jenkins (Bolivar, Missouri), born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H Hines (Bill) and Hazel Marie Holliday Hines; and her grandparents, Eula Dixie King Holliday, Clara Ann Allen Hines and Rev. W. M. Hines.
She is survived by: her sister Sharon Kay Hines Long; her husband Robert Jenkins (Lucky); her daughter Robin Ann of Bolivar; her brother-in-law Charlie Long of Bolivar; and her sibling's children, Sharon Long Muir (Rob) of Kansas City and Paul Long (Brenda) of Bolivar. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
Through Dixie's generous giving heart, she requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Outreach Ministries (COM) food pantry of Bolivar or CMH Hospice.
