He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvan Mooney and Pearl Gouge Mooney; and his brothers, Gary Mooney and Billy Gouge. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Marie Wilson; his daughters, Brenda Miller (Steve) of Lebanon and Melinda Lumley (Jamey) of Marshfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Chelsea Gottman, McKenzie Starnes (Aaron), Tessa Lumley, Tara Lumley and Britni Coffey; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Gavin, Kenley Gottman, Sage, Maddox and Maisley Starnes; his sisters, Lucille Garrison of Springfield, Linda Howe (Jim) of Bolivar and Beverly Breeden (Richard) of Waynesville, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Pat Mooney of Richland, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
Masks are requested to be worn at the service, as well as social distancing to be observed.
A memorial has been established to White Oak Cemetery, Lebanon High School F.F.A. Chapter or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
