She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gustave Altheuser and Mary Wilimenia Altheuser (Kleffner); her husband Donald E. Starke; her siblings, Albert, Bernard, Edward, Johnathan Altheuser, Loretta, Clara, Agnes and Marie Altheuser; her son-in-law Chris Hurlbut; and her siblings-in-law, Virginia Altheuser, Dorothy Starke, Mary Alice St. Charles, Bonnie Loveall, Betty Lyons, Harry Starke, Jr., Mike Starke, Charles Loveall and Howard St. Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Starke (Mary Ann) of Hammond, LA, Robert Starke (LaWanna) of Holts Summit, Donald Starke, Jr. (Joyce) of Loose Creek, Mary Dudenhoeffer (Jerome) of Frankenstein, Carolyn Backes (James) of Bonnots Mill, Sharon Hurlbut of Russellville, Theresa Lepper (Larry) of Jefferson City, Ruth Dudenhoeffer (Marvin) of Frankenstein and Laura Baumhoer (Paul) of Koeltztown. She is also survived by two great great grandchildren; a brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that masks and social distancing be required during the visitation and mass.
