It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Wells of Bowling Green, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her fathers, Harry Bare and L. Onema Brown (Gipson); and her son Robert Wells. She is survived by : her former life partner Jimmie L. Wells; her husband Jim Wells; her daughter Amy Auwarter of Mexico; her granddaughters, Haley Walker (Kenny) of Mexico and Anna Auwarter of Mexico; and her siblings, Bill Bare, Gary Bare (Maria) and Lisa Brown Bell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Robert Wells Memorial Scholarship at Culver-Stockton College.
