She was predeceased by : her parents, Emery E. Parrill and Rosie G. Parrill (Combs); her husband Joe Horner; her son Ricky Lee; her daughter-in-law Judi; and her siblings, Juanita F. Maggard, Ellis, Lloyd, Etcyl and Howard Parrill.

She is survived by : her sons, Randy Wayne of Longview, Jackie Leon, Kelly Joe of Bradleyville and Jack; her sister Mary Lou Ingenthron (Danny) of Forsyth; and her siblings-in-law, Ted (Nadine Horner) of Forsyth, Ruby Parrill and LaVonna Parrill of Washington State. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
