She is survived by: her husband Jerry Swinehart of Branson West, MO; her children, Scott Lloyd Swinehart (Sonya) of Olathe, KS and Debbie Fernandez (Vince) of Shawnee, KS; and her grandchildren, Caleb Swinehart, Jake and Hailey Fernandez.
