With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Bell Steele (Branson, Missouri), born in Jetmore, Kansas, who passed away on November 7, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Vernon W. Koontz and Carrie Etta Rumford Koontz; her spouses, Charlie W. Patchen (Chuck) and Wilbur Steele (Bill); her stepmother Lillian; her siblings, Dale, Wayne Koontz, Jean Barrows and Betty Burgert; her half-siblings, Ward Koontz, Denzil Koontz, Ella Mae Mann and Eva Koontz of Kansas City, MO; and her children, Linda Diehl (Sonny) of Fort Collins, CO, Peggy Rinne (Bob), Larry Patchen (Pat) of Pagosa Springs, CO, Terry Patchen and Las. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
