He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clark and Lillie Harrison; his wife Dixie Smith; and his sisters, Maxine Green and Jackie Cole.
He is survived by: his son Craig of Branson; his sister Terry Johnson (Tom) of Wichita; his nieces and nephews, Chad Smith of Seattle, WA, Wade Smith of Wichita, David Vanhook of Forum, AR, Debbie Harned of Mountain Home, AR and Willie Harrell (Forrest) of Houston, TX; and his pet Ellie Mae.
