He is survived by: his wife Cindy Meyer of Branson; his stepchildren, Joeseph Smith (Jennifer) and Christal Corea (Carlos); his stepgrandchildren, Camron, Chloe, Carmen, Marcus and Felix; and his siblings, Courtney Meyer (Connie), Imogene Unger, Pearline Degenhardt (Larry) and Ritha Hacker. He is also survived by 8 nephews and 1 niece; and many other relatives and friends.
