He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Willard and Berta Nettie Beck Allen; his stepfather Murl Stull; and his stepbrother William Murl Stull. He is survived by : his wife Norma Jane Beach; and his sons, Bill Allen (Janet), Todd Allen of Rockaway Beach and Casey Allen (Jessica) of Branson West, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
