He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Sharon Waters; his parents, Harry Simmons and Clarice Simmons; his son Curtis Simmons (Jessica) of Versailles, Missouri; his grandchildren, Isaac and Karissa Simmons of Versailles; and his siblings, Jerry Simmons (Gale) of Otterville, Dennis Simmons of New Franklin, Missouri, Delores Pearson of Vandalia, Alice Hendrix (Bill) of New Franklin and Joann Edwards of Sedalia, Missouri. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
