It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Tarter of Butler, Missouri, who passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cortes Alvy Tarter Sr. and Loara Lucille Porter Tarter; and his siblings, James, Cortes, Bill Tarter and Julia Nighswonger.
He is survived by : his nephew David Tarter (Debbie) of Butler, Missouri; his niece Meg Ross (Jason) of College Station, Texas; and his sisters, Opal Hinton, Dorothy Doss and Joan Clapper. He is also survived by numerous other nephews and nieces and great-nephews and great-nieces.
