She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Leaford and Dorothy Beryl Rushing Savage; and her husband Dwaine. She is survived by : her children, Michael Shaffer (Jana) of Peculiar, Gerald Shaffer (Kim) of Adrian, Missouri, Brenda Boyer (Ruben Batrez Jr.) of Kansas City, Sandra Trumbore of Joplin and Dorothy Carter (Rob) of Butler, Missouri; and her sister Karen Keen of Overland Park, Kansas. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
