He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Elizabeth Cook (Saunders); his daughters, Kristy Litton (Tim) of Potosi, Jamie Davis (Aaron) of Bonne Terre, Shelly Cook (Racheal Cook) of Park Hills, Kimmy Adams (Donnie) of Mineral Point and Kshe Johnson (Ernest) of Branson; his stepsons, Ian Wilson of Mineral Point, Sean Wilson (Nikki) of Potosi, Eli Wilson and Miran Courtney of Mineral Point; and his siblings, Mary Brown (Bob) of Fenton, Missouri and Dennis Cook (Tina) of Belleville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and dear and special friends.
