He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Samuel Douglas, Sr. and Addie Mae Douglas (Smith); his wife Alda Lois Douglas; and his brother John Paul Douglas. He is survived by: his daughters, Shirley Schwarz (John) and Patricia Douglas Irby; his grandchildren, Michael Irby, Dawn Irby Stavenau (Josh), Spencer Schwarz (Jennifer) and Stuart Schwarz; and his great grandchild Samuel Calvin Stavenau. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.
