He was predeceased by: his son J. Clay Hart; his siblings, Ricky James Millikin and Vicky Lynn Roberts; and his parents-in-law, George E. Wood and Audrey Murphy Wood.
He is survived by: his pet Mona; his wife Mona (Wood); his daughter-in-law Lisa McEntire Hart of Honey Grove, Texas; his grandchildren, Tabitha Michelle Hart, Cordell Lewis Hart of Rensselaer, Indiana, Kearstin Marie Hart of Neosho and Kyler Anthony Ferguson of Exeter, Missouri.; his brother James D. Hart of West Chicago; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Roberts of Exeter, Kate Millikin of Stella, Marilyn Butcofski (John Alexander) of Shaverton, PA, Mary S. Green of Calhoun and George E. Wood. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
