He is survived by: his significant other Mary; his children, Steve (Jayneen) of Fort Mill, SC and Julie of Cave City, AR; his sister Ruth Freeman (Lyle) of Pacheco; his grandsons, Jonathan, David, Dylan and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Cierryh Brenwynn, River Grace and Wilder Reign.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Seminole Baptist Temple (4221 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65810). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Seminole Baptist Church (4221 S National Ave, Springfield, MO 65810).
He lived out those words especially during his struggle with Parkinson's Disease.
