With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Louise Hartigan of Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on June 7, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie F. and Ada G. (White); her husband Leonard R. Hartigan; her grandson Chad Griffith; her siblings, Earl (Betty Templin), Ralph (Rene Templin) and Marjorie Templin; her in-laws, F. X., Eileen Hartigan, Richard, Mary Alice Hartigan, Ben Sr. and Carol Weddle; and her niece Kathy Hartigan.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Hartigan, Teri Roberts, Jim Hartigan (Lisa) of Daphne, AL, Betsy Reichman (Ted), Nancy Sorensen (Lincoln), Jan Peters (Andrew) of Billings, MO, Joan Polaski (Steve) of Ridgedale, MO and Karen Thompson (Kurt) of Cameron, MO; her grandchildren, Lisa Gall (Dave), Dr. Kelly Griffith-Bauer, Lucy Bauer (Ryan), Skyler Polaski (Jennifer), Kayla Feiser (Craig), Lincoln Jr. Sorensen (Claire), Kaitlyn Roberts (Chip Davis), Mason Polaski (Sarah), Gracie Schroeder (Mike), Laura (Matt), Kirby Polaski, Rylie Roberts, Lindsay Gordon (Tim), Mackenzie Boothe (Jeff), Alex, Kevin Thompson, Amberleigh Collins (Matt), Trevor Hartigan and Parker Hartigan; and her great grandchildren, Braxton Griffith, Jack Gall (Raeven), Frank Gall, Jaiden, Davis, George Bauer, Harry Bauer, Carter Byrd, Eilan Feiser, Jarek Polaski, Peter Bauer, Kate, Lincoln Sorensen III, Frances Sorensen, Indie Feiser, William Gordon, Jameson Gordon, Parker Byrd, William Schroeder, Janie Schroeder, Walker Gordon, Blaire, Theia Byrd, Eleanor Boothe, Murphy Boothe, James Collins, Dawson Gordon and Griffin Boothe. She is also survived by nephews and nieces; loving neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 6:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Cathedral of St. Joseph (519 N 10th St, St Joseph, MO 64501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
