He is survived by: his parent Pauline Smith Gilbert; his children, Stefanie Gilbert of Campbell and Sam Gilbert of Lebanon; and his siblings, Marvin Gilbert, Rodney Gilbert and Barbara Ann Gilbert. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
