He was predeceased by : his parents, John Elmer Tuley and Mary Isabel Gibson; his brothers, William Preston Tuley and James Elmer Tuley; and his granddaughter Diane Nicole Tuley.

He is survived by : his wife Lucille Marie Raleigh; his children, Carol Sue Hulett (Mike) of Quincy Illinois, Ron Tuley (Coralee) of Wentzville Missouri and Mark Tuley (Lori); and his sister Clarita Giesmann of O'Fallon. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
