He was predeceased by: his parents, John Montgomery and Beulah Mae Tanner; and his siblings, Cleo Atwood, Janice Dial, Beth McDonald, John Montgomery and Mike Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry A Bryant Montgomery; his children, Amy Sanders (Henry Sanders III) and Andrew Montgomery (Michelle Montgomery); his grandchildren, Domini Montgomery, Tyler Montgomery, Jake Chavis, Justin Chavis and Jacy Ann Chavis; his great grandchildren, Vivian Montgomery and Peyton O'Leary; and his siblings, Lela Aldrich and Warren Montgomery (Gail Montgomery).
