She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Applewhite of Maryland Heights, Missouri; her siblings, Sharon Moll, Clodine Papin, Willis, Cliff, Truman, Homer and Gene Johnston; and her grandsons, Damion and Lucas Applewhite. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
