With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Allen of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Berle Duncan and Annette Baugh Duncan; her husband James E. Allen, Sr.; her sister Yvonne Fisher; her grandson Zachary; and her great grandchild Roland Zane.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Allen, Jr. of St. Charles, MO, Theresa Garrison (Kevin) of Benton, Terri Cross of Charleston, Evelyn McWhirter (William) of Charleston and Barbi Allen McElrath of Cape Girardeau. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
